 മൂന്നു വയസായി പാർവതിക്ക്

കണ്ണിൽ കവിഞ്ഞ തലമുടിയും

കാലേ കുളിച്ചവൾ  മഞ്ഞളാടി

കണ്ണുമെഴുതി കുറിയുമിട്ടു

കാലുകഴുകി കറുകച്ചൂടി

പട്ടുടയാട ഞൊറിഞ്ഞുടുത്തു

അച്ഛന്റെ മുമ്പിലും ചെന്നു നിന്നു

അച്ഛാ ഞാൻ പോട്ടെ തപസിരിക്കാൻ

ഏതെത് കാട്ടിൽ തപസിരിക്കും

പുല്ലും ചമതയുമുള്ള കാട്ടിൽ 

അമ്മേടെ മുമ്പിലും ചെന്നു നിന്നു

അമ്മേ ഞാൻ പോട്ടെ തപസിരിക്കാൻ

ഏതെത് കാട്ടിൽ തപസിരിക്കും

പുല്ലും ചമതയുമുള്ള കാട്ടിൽ

ആരെയുറച്ചു തപസിരിക്കും

ശിവനെയുറച്ചു തപസിരിക്കും

ഞാനിതാ ശ്രീപാദം കൈതൊഴുന്നേൻ

  Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood and aging.we all go through disappointments, loss and change, And while these are normal parts of life, they can still cause sadness, anxiety, and stress. Mental health is integral to living a healthy, balanced life

Harmonious relationship between body and mind represent of mental health. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well -being. "Mental health "refers to how people think, feel, and act as they face lifes situations. Issues related to mental health can impact different people in different ways. Conditions such as stress, depression, and anxiety can all affect mental health.

Maintain mental health includes

* Eating a balanced and healthy meals

* Engaging in regular physical exercise

* Getting adequate sleep

* Healthy habits

* Practicing mindfulness meditation

* Manage stress

* Connect with others and be sociable

*Discover ways to take a healthy approach to your emotional wellness

* Respect and care for oneself and other living beings

* Trying to keep a positive outlook on life

Who knows where the time goes?

 We all have the same hours everyday.In our daily life, we have got only 24 hours in a day. In order to manage work, social life and sleep, divison of time is important.Time is a companion that goes with us on a journey.The nature of time is a complex thing. Scientists, poets, and philosophers explain it differently. Time, scientifically explained as the fourth dimension.

      

  Leotolstoy, the greatest humanist, put these words in general "The two most powerful warriors are patience and time". Time is the only thing in the world that is limitless.Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend.Time is non-refundable use it with intention.

Who knows where the time goes? Lost time is never found again. So we save time, don't waste it. For time is what life is made up of.we can earn the money we spent but we cannot get back the time we have lost.

             We  should utilize the time in the most possible way. Prioritizing task is a very effective way of managing time.Time management plays a pivotal role in ones personal as well as professional life.Time management helps individual  assign right time is allocated to right activity.A person should eliminate unnecessary activities from their daily schedule.Time is very precious and we should notwaste it in any way.
