Global warming, causes, effects and solution



Global warming  is a major issue all over the world


 

      Global warming is a major atmospheric issue all over the world.Our Earth's surface becoming hot day by day. The brightness of the sun continues to increase as the star ages and it passes on an increasing amount of this energy to Earth's atmosphere over time.'Global warming' denotes a rise in the Earth's average temperature.The primary cause of Global warming is the Green house effect, that is the entrapment of green house gases between the ozone layer and the surface of the earth, creating more heat by the day.The green house gases build up in the atmosphere the earth gets hotter. Green house gases are water vapour, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and chlorofluorocarbons.Green house gases traps the solar rays and prevents them from escaping the surface of the earth.
          Burning fossil fuels like coal and oil puts more carbon dioxide into our atmosphere. Methane, a powerful green house gas, able to absorb far more heat than corbon dioxide. It is found in very small quantities in the atmosphere but it is able to make a big impact on warming.Rearing cattle also causes the release of methane from manure. Nitrous oxide is released from bacteria in soil. Modern agricultural practices-tilling and soil cultivation, livestock waste management, and the use of nitrogen rich fertilizers-contribute significantly to nitrogen oxide emission.

 

      Causes of Global warming

 


               Green house gases, variations in the sun's intensity, Deforestation,  rapid industrialization, transportation, agricultural activity,  termal power plants,increased   using excessive automobiles, mining activities, respiration, volcanic eruptions, fossil fuels combustion

 

Effects of Global warming

 

       Rising temperature, melting glaciers, rising sea levels, drastic change in rainfall patterns, depletion of the ozone layer, increased droughts,  wild fires, floods, tropical storms,natural disasters, loss of wildlife and biodiversity.Animal populations are vanishing as there has been a wide spread loss of their habitat.


Solutions of Global warming

      Solutions for global  warming will be more effective when individuals change their life styles. Planting more trees can be a good step towards removing the problems of global warming.plants use carbon dioxide to ptepare their food and release oxygen as a by-product.To reduce  global warming we can contribute by reducing the production and concentration of green house gases in the atmosphere. Recycling can help reduce open burning of garbage by reusing plastic bags, bottles, papers or glass. We must adopt an eco-friendly life style to make the future safe for our future generations.

പുല്ലും ചമതയുമുള്ള കാട്ടിൽ 

അമ്മേടെ മുമ്പിലും ചെന്നു നിന്നു

അമ്മേ ഞാൻ പോട്ടെ തപസിരിക്കാൻ

Mental health is integral to living a healthy, balanced life

Harmonious relationship between body and mind represent of mental health. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well -being. "Mental health "refers to how people think, feel, and act as they face lifes situations. Issues related to mental health can impact different people in different ways. Conditions such as stress, depression, and anxiety can all affect mental health.

Maintain mental health includes

* Eating a balanced and healthy meals

* Engaging in regular physical exercise

* Getting adequate sleep

* Healthy habits

* Practicing mindfulness meditation

* Manage stress

* Connect with others and be sociable

*Discover ways to take a healthy approach to your emotional wellness

* Respect and care for oneself and other living beings

* Trying to keep a positive outlook on life

Who knows where the time goes?

 We all have the same hours everyday.In our daily life, we have got only 24 hours in a day. In order to manage work, social life and sleep, divison of time is important.Time is a companion that goes with us on a journey.The nature of time is a complex thing. Scientists, poets, and philosophers explain it differently. Time, scientifically explained as the fourth dimension.

      

  Leotolstoy, the greatest humanist, put these words in general "The two most powerful warriors are patience and time". Time is the only thing in the world that is limitless.Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend.Time is non-refundable use it with intention.

Who knows where the time goes? Lost time is never found again. So we save time, don't waste it. For time is what life is made up of.we can earn the money we spent but we cannot get back the time we have lost.

             We  should utilize the time in the most possible way. Prioritizing task is a very effective way of managing time.Time management plays a pivotal role in ones personal as well as professional life.Time management helps individual  assign right time is allocated to right activity.A person should eliminate unnecessary activities from their daily schedule.Time is very precious and we should notwaste it in any way.
