വ്യക്തി ശുചിത്വം

 ആരോഗ്യമുള്ള ശരീരത്തിലേ ആരോഗ്യമുള്ള മനസ്സുണ്ടാക്കൂ. ആരോഗ്യമുള്ള ശരീരത്തിന് വ്യക്തിശുചിത്വം അത്യന്താപേക്ഷിതമാണ്. വ്യക്തി ശുചിത്വം ഒരാളുടെ നിത്യജീവിതത്തിൽ ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കാത്തതാണ്. വ്യക്തി ശുചിത്വത്തിലൂടെ ശാരീരികവും മനസീകവും ആയ വളർച്ച സാധ്യമാണ്. ഓരോരുത്തരും വ്യക്തി ശുചിത്വം പാലിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ ആരോഗ്യവും ശുചിത്വവും ഉള്ള ഒരു ജനതയെ വാർത്തെടുക്കാനും ശുചിത്വപൂർണ്ണമായ ഒരു രാഷ്‌ട്രം നിർമ്മിച്ചെടുക്കാനും സാധിക്കും

         ബാലഗോപാലെനെങ്ങു പോയ്യയ്യോ 

         ലീല തന്നെ ഈ അന്തിനേരത്തു

          കാലിപിള്ളേരോടൊത്തു കളിച്ചു

           കൂരിരുട്ടായി നീയറിഞ്ഞില്ലേ

          അന്തിയല്ല കളിയിനി നിന്നെ

          എന്തുകട്ടേണ്ടു പൊന്നുമകനെ 

കൃഷ്ണൻ അമ്മയോട്,

          വെണ്ണതന്നു പറഞ്ഞയക്കെണെ 

            വെണ്ണിലാവിൽ കളിക്കുവാനമ്മേ

             വെണ്ണയല്ല ഒരു സമ്മാനമുണ്ട്

             ഉണ്ണിക്കമ്മ ഒരുക്കിവച്ചിട്ട്

           എന്താണമ്മേ അതിത്തിരി വേഗം 

           തന്നു എന്നെ പറഞ്ഞയക്കെണേ

           തന്നാൽ നീ പോയ്‌ കിടന്നുറങ്ങിടുമോ

            എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ തരാം പൊന്നുമകനെ

            വെണ്ണിലാവൊള്ളി വീശും മണലിൽ

             ചെന്നിട്ടിത്തിരി ഓടിക്കളിക്കും

             പിന്നെ വന്നു കിടന്നുറങ്ങിടാം

           എന്നെ കുട്ടികൾ കാത്തു നിൽക്കും

              വാക്കു മാറുമോ ചൊല്ലായ്കിലമ്മേ 

" കാക്കേ, കാക്കേ, കൂടെവിടെ?

കൂട്ടിനക്കൊത്തൊരു കുഞ്ഞുണ്ടോ?

കുഞ്ഞിനു തീറ്റ കൊടുക്കാഞ്ഞാൽ

കുഞ്ഞു കിടന്നു കരഞ്ഞീടും"....

"കുഞ്ഞേ കുഞ്ഞേ നീ  തരുമോ

നിന്നുടെ കയ്യിലെ നെയ്യപ്പം "?
